Our stay was excellent!!! The 2 girls that was sisters that worked front desk was very nice and helped us out so much. They both are great ladies! Couldn't have been happier. Thanks Brian

Liked NOTHING. The room fee doubled w confirmation before check in. I requested a HANDICAPPED Room. None was given or available. I was unable to use the bathroom facilities, having to excrete my waste into a plastic container. There was a Street Fair in the area, closing many roads in the area, making it impossible to drive to the entrance of the hotel. Being handicap, l had travel w all my personal items on my lap, riding on my electric machine on narrow and extremely bad sidewalks. I WANT A REFUND! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Location in great if you want to be by the harbor in the heart of Fells Point surrounded by good restaurants and bars. We had a king room which was very spacious.

Location was perfect! Across the street was the harbor with beautiful views just steps away. The bars and restaurants were all in walking distance. The staff were all very friendly, except for one.

The location was great. Central to everything. The continental breakfast was nice. It was quaint, and the rooms were named for famous people..with stories about them on the walls.

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was well located in terms of being right next to the harbour and main food/drink places. Staff were friendly and helpful - they allowed us to switch rooms when we had a noise issue in our first one.

Location at that price, well, is priceless! In the heart of Fells Point, across from water taxi, restaurants everywhere, etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, from front desk staff to the bartender. They got me in early, and when I told them I needed a frig for an ice pack due to an injury, they brought one to my room at no extra charge. Didn't have a freezer, but when I put a bag of ice on top of it, it worked! The bartender Steve was a hoot! Very experienced and entertaining. If I return to Baltimore this is where I will be staying. Of course, I also picked the place because it is supposed to be haunted but no luck in that department. Though again, staff even opened the door of a vacant room so I could explore when my camera picked up a strange light underneath. It was debunked though for those of you not wanting to hang out with ghosts...lol

The staff was friendly and helpful across the board--front desk, valet, and the Dashery (mini cafe). The food in the Dashery was very good as well. All of this combined with the beautiful, clean hotel made for another really nice visit--my first since the change of management.
